Installation Steps
1. Download the Pycluster source distribution at
http://bonsai.hgc.jp/~mdehoon/software/cluster/Pycluster-1.50.tar.gz
2. Unzip the tar.gz file and cd to Pycluster-1.50
3. Run sudo python setup.py install
$sudo python setup.py install Password: running install running build running build_py ... creating /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pycluster copying build/lib.macosx-10.5-i386-2.7/Pycluster/__init__.py -> /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pycluster copying build/lib.macosx-10.5-i386-2.7/Pycluster/cluster.so -> /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pycluster byte-compiling /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pycluster/__init__.py to __init__.pyc running install_egg_info Writing /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pycluster-1.50-py2.7.egg-info
